Enrollment Process

Our enrollment process ensures that families who share our philosophy of holistic, nature-based learning and social-emotional growth find the right fit within our community.

Step 1: Inquiry & Initial Interest Form

Families begin by filling out an Interest Form on our website or contacting us directly. This form helps us learn about the child’s interests, learning style, and family educational values.

Step 2: Campus Visit & Meet/Greet

After reviewing the Interest Form, we will reach out to schedule a campus tour. This is a time to discuss our outdoor, nature-based approach and program expectations. We get to know the childs learning style, interests, and comfort in outdoor environments. Parents can ask questions to ensure Ground Ed aligns with their educational goals. It is important the child is present during campus tour for both families and educators to assess whether Ground Ed is the right fit.

Step 3: Application Submission & Sibling Priority

Families who wish to enroll can complete the formal application and submit required documents, including emergency contacts, health forms, and waivers. There is a 10% discount for siblings.

Step 4: Enrollment Decision & Commitment

Once applications are reviewed, families receive an acceptance decision. Upon acceptance, families sign an Enrollment Agreement and submit the $100 tuition deposit to secure their child’s spot. We provide families with the Parent Portal, Parent Handbook, program schedule, and next steps.

Step 5: Family Orientation (August - TBD)

Families attend a Welcome Orientation before their childs start date to review policies, expectations, and ways to support their learners transition.
